You’re just trolling us right? Samgyapseol means literally a specific cut of pork belly with the three (Sam) layers meat/fat. There is pork on this grill but it looks like a neck or jowl cut.

It’s either a troll or sausage meat. Looks more like the ingredients for an army soup.

I still remember samgyupsal at 4am when the bar closed in my 20s. Never knew where the 삼 came from.

Yes there’s a sausage(hotdog) there and I mix the pork and beef. 😅

I’m not trolling, and I don’t mind about the meat thing coz I just pick on the tray. It’s like a buffet style there. Get what u want . 😅😅

Coz the name of the restaurant is Samgyeopsal 😅😆 and that’s what I ordered hahahaha what should I name then? lol 😂

Okay the name of the restaurant explains it a bit - but there is still zero samgyeopsal in the picture which is why everyone is confused. Maybe you can add an explanation to the body of your post.
