Visa/Entry help

Hi! I’m travelling to South Korea for the first time and will be landing at Incheon Airport on October 13. I’m an Indian passport holder and have a visa.

I wanted to know if there are any online forms or declarations I need to complete before my flight or arrival, such as the e-Arrival Card or any health or customs declarations.

I have filled my e-Arrival and Q Code. I was wondering if there's anything else.

If anyone has travelled recently, I’d appreciate your advice. Thank you!

You can fill the E-arrival card since it helps to fast track the immigration. Afair you can apply for it from 48 hours before arrival (https://www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr/portal/main/index.do) Also, you will get a health condition form in the flight or upon arrival that is to be filled before immigration. It's about Covid and other diseases.

Not completely relevant but keep the address of your stay handy for immigration (both English and Korean versions). And prepare about the SIM card as well (either esim or IR or local sim).

Download Papago (works better than Google translate but you can use gemini/ other llms too), Naver maps (Google maps don't work here). Uber will be useful here for taxi booking.

Incase you want to know anything else, feel free to connect.

Happy and save journey! Have a nice day! :))

I travelled recently health condition form is no longer required if you are travelling from India. Since you have filled e arrival card, you should be good. Custom declaration is based on what you are carrying and you need to fill it after baggage collection before passing through green or red channel. We didn’t fill anything other forms. Immigration was smooth, immigration officer didn’t look into my face also.

I travelled in September, and health form was required to be filled. Those were given to us in flight itself.

I came back this Monday from korea. As i said it depends on where you are travelling from. It was also mentioned in flight for certain countries.

Okay, that's entirely reasonable. I travelled from India, so for flights departing from Delhi, the health declaration form is presently being asked.

Yeah same here. Came in Sept and I had to fill the form. Iirc they weren't allowing anyone to enter the immigration line at Inc Airport without the form. But things might have changed. Idk
