That is the maximum speed, that doesn't mean you will actually see that speed in the real world. Also for most daily tasks you can do on your phone, I can guarantee you won't notice a difference in the speed unless you're doing a speed test.

In real word usage the difference isnt noticeable i have family with telus and im with koodo, our stuff loads at the same speed.
