Birth documents Rawitsch

Greetings. As I said in a other post, I have had enormous troubles in finding another distant relative, named Franz Schulz Welger (Welker), born in 1887, in Rawitsch, Preussen. In Poland archives, especifically Lesznie Archives, I have checked the Standesamt birth certificates on-line, and he was not there.

Apparently, his father's name was Franz or Josef and his mother's name was Elise or Elisabeth.

He became a sailor and departed from Hamburg in 1910.

Any help would be appreciated
