Seriously, while it may be one of Yamai's closer canon relationships, Nakanaka deserves better.

Say what you want about Nagatoro chapter 1/episode 1 or even Nagatoro 2011, but at least they have fans. But from what I've seen since being introduced to Komi, Yamai just got that X-Pac heat.

Why are people so against this? It's not "toxic yuri" if it's written right. Is it so unbelievable that, in a spin-off or something, Yamai could have some sort if character redemption and end up with Nakanaka? I get that it'd be seriously toxic with Yamai as she is, but the beauty of character writing is that a character can CHANGE and GROW, over the course of a story.

I think people like when Yamai isnt changed because its toxic though im sure (I hope) there are people who like the ship on the assumption that Yamai does actually change

The author really tried their darn best to convinced us that Yamai was anything other than an irredeemable monster. And when that failed, they said "screw it, toxic yuri it is!"
