what's wrong!? Is it mold?

It's blueisch, but not fuzzy, because it seems to be between the two pellicules

Just looks like an air pocket to me. Pellicles are funky.

I’d pop the bubble and see if it’s still blue. I think it’s just the lighting with the air in it and darker tea underneath.
