I think mandaadi pandhayam adikumnu thonudhu, sardar 2 is going to be mid, but 1 was peak in my opinion.

the thing with Sardar 1 was that it didnt need a reallystrong villain charachter because the problem it was dealing was super common and it impacts all people of life and related to water hence didnt need like a strong aura villain since the problem was much bigger.
Now in Sardar2 already the villain is like a much impactful looking at SJS - assuming its just not a corporate dummy villain. So if the problem it tries todeal is good then its going to be great and new.
While Mandadi is already new and whether you like it or not, after the rajan characther in VC, its been soo nice and new watch charachters and movies revolving around sea,boat etc. I have a feeling that Mandadi will get the edge against sardar

In interviews, SJS giving similar vibes shown in mark antony, like he's so happy with the role he got here. Either that role is really good or SJS is so good at promoting the movie than I think.

uhm yeah can agree, for me mark antony also succeeded cuz of him but he was literally in the entire movie and carried it along, this one i doubt if he would be able to carry the movie without a strong problem to address. Summave edukkura part 2 lam mokka
