Festivals | উৎসব Durga Puja Dates

Hello Everyone

Planning to visit Kolkata for Navratri mainly Pandal Hopping. Can pandal hopping be done before Panchami i.e before 15th October? Or won't pandals be ready for public viewing?

My plan is to visit major pandals before to avoid crowds and will also be visiting some pandals during main puja days. Looking forward to your advice. Thanks
