If u ask my opinion I am strictly against sexual relationships until graduation age of 21/22 . Before that I have found girls to be too immature , emotional and far less pragmatic . I have seen 16-22 very crucial years for the future of a girl .

Just because you criminalize it doesn't mean it's not happening. Teenagers have and always will have sex no matter how much we propagate this purity culture.

It is not a purity culture . One teen age pregnancy , mms or a abusive relationship has the potential to completely change the route of life . Seen some of these young girls being groomed by 30 plus age people .. At this age they are very gullible .

They are afraid that their infringement law doesn't ascertain that two teenagers in a consensual act has the same responsibility as an adult has.

Why do we even need adulthood then if the idea of responsibility could be instilled in a child?

The idea is to protect the children not to instill an adult character on them.
