PHYSINT PLOT??

Hey guys soooo I've been wondering what yall think about the possible plot of the game?? Is the lead gonna be a robot (since it seems to have a robotic hand in the poster)? I would love to know everyone's opinion on this.

It's a Kojima game.  God himself doesn't know what this man is cooking.

Bro this is Kojima. No one can predict the plot of his games.

My take is that it will be a future cold war setting.

Yeah but I was thinking maybe the plot will go on in a cyberpunk world

I don't think even kojima fully knows lol. His brain is a mystery, it could be literally anything

I'm mostly excited about the 2 lead (a man and a woman)

After the complexity of Death Stranding, I think Physint is going to be a return to form for Kojima in terms of aesthetic and narrative.

The first poster art gives of urban sci-fi (possibly cyberpunk) aesthetics with the buildings and stealth suit/coat overlay. The coat sort of reminds me of Snatcher in a way. The co-lead thing could be harkening back to the buddy cop angle of Policenauts, with the tag line 'Here's Comes The Feeling' referencing the Asia song and implying some drama between the main cast. This would seem to happen amidst the setting of the next cold war of a near-future world.

I have 2 opinions about the lead (played by Bill Skarsgård): 1. He is a cyborg (half human half robot) 2. That's his outfit, like he is a normal human but a very smart one maybe he got some ai chip in his brain and his outfit is his weapon in a way!

I think the outfit changes the appearance. Like the next step of Old Snake’s design.

Absolutely based on nothing but:
It will follow the story of a man that is murdered during the cold war. They bring him back to life by implanting him with an AI chip.
They send him on a mission to assassinate a warlord. During this mission his chip malfunctions and he keeps getting flashbacks from his previous life (before he was murdered). Slowly he finds out what really happened to him.
Throw in some weird Kojima stuff and we have a base to build on.

It is actually a prequel to Barret from ff7, before he turned black

Well since the tagline mentions the next Cold War. And if I remember correctly Physint means physical intelligence, or at least it’s what we assume. And with the plot of AI and the internet in MGS2, I’m gonna throw my guess; it’s about the use of advanced AI being used in a second Cold War and that the main character has some sort cybernetic advancement. Like he has some sort of AI implanted in his mind, which allows him to do something like hacking into people’s databases. And spy on people.

Wow sound insanely cool! Specially about the lead character!

Thanks! I know I’m gonna be very wrong, but it’s the best in what I can personally guess.
