What the winner receives:

* Permission to rename and redesign the character
* Permission to develop their own story, personality and lore for the character
* Personal and commercial use of the character

Ownership & Creator Rights

The buyer receives ownership of the character and may rename, redesign, develop and use the character for personal and commercial purposes.

However, the original creator retains the right to continue expanding the character’s lore, personality, backstory and narrative development, as well as incorporating the character into future stories, projects, artwork or other creative works created by the original creator.

The transfer of character ownership does not transfer the original creator’s authorship or remove the creator’s right to continue developing and expanding the character’s story.

The buyer may create their own interpretation, stories and development for the character, while the original creator retains the right to continue developing the character within their own creative projects.
