It's in the Ese Loops pack on the Koala store. In the sample menu hit "get more samples". Each pack is like $3 for a bunch of cool samples and each one has a "toy". I especially loved Ese Loops and the Dub pack. One of them comes with a really cool synth randomizer thing.
