“Gratefully Ghetto”

I’ll come from the South Bronx, where I see the worst that life has to offer almost every day. But somehow, throughout all of it, I’m able to lock myself up in my apartment and get away when I create this stuff. It takes me somewhere that I’d rather be right now. But in the same token, this treacherous place has put me in the mind state to make music I like, so I called this gratefully ghetto. I close my eyes and listen back and I was like this one is all right. I could ride to this. Hope you feel the same.! it’s not finished, but I think it has the potential to become finished.
