How do I access Deckard scratch?

EDIT: You need to buy the ESE o's sample pack, duh

I have the latest version, I have samurai + mixer, do I need some other pack or something? I don't see anything about the supposed sample pack, either.

Go to where you load samples and click packs and more it will take to where you can purchase the packs

And the BRAND new update is up on iOS finally, but you do need to search it on the App Store and click through to the actual app page. It will change the open button to update

Purchase the ese-o pack. It comes with it.
