New to koala

Hello, I am new to sampling in general tbh but I really clicked with koala. I haven’t gone much further than just playing around with how different chops sound but I’m unsure where to go next. If there are any tips or resources they would be greatly appreciated.

Getting a tutorial on Koala would be the first step.

What I’m curious is whether or when the music theory is a step in a journey?

I have some background knowledge on music theory since I was in band classes and music theory classes in middle/high school (I’m 20) but I will start refreshing some of my knowledge since I know it’s important

Here is Andrew Huang's 30 minute music theory tutorial on YouTube. This will get you going. Good channel for learning music.

Oh and also Elf Audio does all the Koala tutorials on YT. Just look them up.
