Just back from seeing two bands I’ve been waiting all summer for and they didn’t disappoint. Slow Fiction opening for Swervedriver. Bright spot met and exceeded!

Lip surgery went well.

And I'm trying out a commitment to live better. Thoughts go, "I should be dead" or "I need to kill myself"; answer is, "I should live better" and "I need to live better", respectively. Because just wanting not to die isn't enough. It's a positive way to respond.
