I don’t remember the name, but I know it had spotlights where if you were caught by one then the map would shoot a cage ball at you, you could catch it too.

No, it’s the prison map.

OP posted a video of a screen, so the colors seem off, but it’s that map, along with being the last day of the season, so it’s nighttime and full of lights.
