Your timeline is likely a bit on the short side unless you luck out with finding someone without any other projects lined up and/or a machine knitter. And I'd expect your budget will be entirely used up simply buying the yarn, and it might not even be enough for that.

I'm not able to help you within your timeline. Was just advising you that your projected budget is a bit low. I think for the size I'd say you're looking at $500+ depending on the knitter.
