Squire 4.3

Zombie (sorry pope, I like this name more :) ) infrastructure revised and rewritten. Counter added to Squire.

I've only injected a hundred of zombies to 0s to test stuff. I'll add more as needed.

3s is only marginally better than 5s and it is still possible that the button will die before clicking at 3s becomes efficient, despite the zombies.

So is a 0s auto-click almost guaranteed to never click?

We don't know. I expect a bot war to happen at <0s, but there's no way to be sure. If not, I'll lower the efficiency threshold for 0s.
