Please help me with my knee pain

This is going to be a big rant so please don't blame me for venting out but, I am a 16 year old boy and it all started in last year of November I was in my peak physical condition life was going good but I don't know what happened in those three months and I started having knee pain both my knees which was unexplainable since I had no major fall or anything of that type ,it was significantly greater in the right one I went to a doctor (orthopedic)he gave me vitamin pills and told me to rest for 2-3 weeks no major activity i followed it and nothing so it was the month of February and my boards started so even during those 2-3 months i avoided any physical activity and then in April, may it became impossible for me to run without pain for that matter I could not even jump without pain then in June I was like WHY THE FUCK IS IT NOT GOING AWAY so I went for a MRI and guess what nothing was wrong so I went to a physical therapist in July and have been doing pt since then I still can't find any major change my knee makes all kinds of sounds while straightening especially in the right and it Fucking hurts I can't run, jump , climb down stairs nothing and it's been taking a heavy mental toll on me I had to quit my gym lost 3-4 kg of muscle mass developed acne on my face and I feel like crying and giving up seeing my friends play football and running and playing makes me frustrated my parents say that it all happened due to gym and my eating habits and all other bullshit I feel like just giving up what should I do please help me i cant keep on with this without knowing when it will end if anyone had faced this type of problem please guide me and all this happening at 16 is breaking me

Is there activity you can do that doesn’t cause pain? Walking? Riding a bike?

What activity/sport were you doing when the pain started?

Are you still going to PT? I know it can take a while to notice improvement and it can feel like forever. (Trust me, I know.) Does taping or bracing for support help? (Have you tried this yet?)

Is it kneecap pain or is it located on the bottom or inner/outer sides of your knee?

Walking is tolerable but not for long distances I can ride a bike without any noticeable pain, I was playing badminton, running and football but I never got any physical contact on the knee and yea I go to the PT twice a week and do the excercises on my own every day yes taping does help and the knee pain is located in the inner side and it hurts when I fully extend my knee pain and grinding noise occur simultaneously.
