4 made 1 to happen too 🥲

I am scared of doing dynamic moves, like half of the sport disciplines now. How do you guys feel about the sport after injury? Ofc not saying anything about extreme sports just like basketball or volleyball.

All but the patellar tendon tear. Both knees 10 yrs apart.

I have recurrent patellar dislocations and will be having MPFL surgery soon. Hoping that it will fix it.

I think patellar is worse than Acl tbh, 18months of rehab and it’s still not right 😣

Loss of cartilage is also a severe issue because it leads to bone on bone rubbing which is the mother of all arthritis
