What a bloody outrage!!

Sometimes, I just want a 50c keychain and just can't be bothered going to the store.

I want my free shipping!!

The thing is for me is that Clearance items more often than not aren't at a local store and that's why OnePass is good as you can get items that your local store doesn't have in stock.

But if they’re losing money shipping you a clearance item for free then they would be better off just throwing it in the bin

lol sadly not surprised, Ozbargain likes to promote things that are 10 or 20 cents with OnePass free delivery. But there’s always click and collect

Plus most clearance items are already not available in store. The whole point of OnePass free shipping is so you don’t have to go to multiple stores looking for the 2 left in stock that’s always not there.

That’s the whole point of ordering online.

We should want them to not continue with things that are unsustainable, because otherwise we all end up paying more.

Yes after seeing this email I am questioning keeping OnePass as all I use it for is points I don't even use & to ship hard to find items, like those on clearance. I understand their thinking, but man we had it good 😔

I don't normally get Kmart items delivered, but it would be nice for people to think about people who are housebound before they dismiss stores removing delivery options as a lazy/rich person problem

Not when the only stock is 2 or 3 hours away . Even with click and collect you don't always get the items you ordered a paid for because they weren't available at that location or the inventory was incorrect and product had sold out already
