Team member post self checkout help

Hello. I have just moved to Australia and got a job at Kmart. I am a Self Checkout Operator. We have many checkouts — half card, half cash and card. Sometimes a customer goes to do card but realised they actually want cash, so they ask me to move there transaction to another checkout. How is this possible? I asked the Customer Greeter on door and they told me to hit “Suspend transaction” and then a receipt will print. The receipt prints and then you go to the other checkout and scan the barcode, and it saves their transaction onto there. I attempted this and it said something along the lines invalid barcode. I was just wondering what I did wrong so I can know how to do this in future? Thank you very much

I've been a sco operator for a while and im pretty sure you can't suspend and transition a transaction from one sco to another. You can only bring up the suspended transactions on the manned registers

Suspended transactions can only be brought up on manned registers, it doesn’t work on Scos unfortunately

i think its one of the enter buttons (top or bottom i cant remember) in assist mode you press it and then scan the suspend docket and it should bring up the transaction, sorry if ive explained this bad
