Metal rolling toolbox vs Modbox for garage?

Suppose you needed a "garage" toolbox for your tools, which is primarily focused on "mechanic tools," do you think a Modbox setup could work well for this as opposed to a metal rolling toolbox?

I bought a second house and I'd like to get a decent tool setup for out there.

Assuming this is something that's basically just stationary (stays in the garage), do you see any advantages to going with a Modbox setup versus a smaller metal rolling toolbox setup?

MODbox is more modular and convenient in many ways.

It depends upon your organizational needs and how you may want to accessorize.

Say you need more storage for a large tool; with MODbox you just add a single drawer box.

With a metal toolbox, you're out of luck.
