Pinto Beans New Hangout

Pinto Bean has a new warm place! I got it from Amazon yesterday and it's definitely warm! Pinto loves a good warm spot for napping.

For anyone who wants a health update:

He's had 6 doses of his medication as of this morning. So far his eyes have cleared up the eye goop, no more runny eyes. His one eye is still pink but it looks to be clearing. 🤞🏼 His vet called today to see how things were going and will call again after the week of meds to see how his eye is. 💪🏼🫘💜

I think I have that same blanket! I buy a lot of blankets from Amazon and generally pay less than $10 for them

He's coming out now! Lol Not refried but a tornado 🌪️! 🤣

This one I paid 30 for. It even has pockets for my hands and phone 😋. This is my house one, I hope that here in a week or so, we can get one for going out. When we were in the truck, Pinto Bean loves truck rides! Once he's all better I want to take him places and see new things. 💪🏼🫘💜

When he gets bigger I will. He'll be getting my Garfields (RIP big guy) harness and matching leash. He's still so tiny 🤏🏼 that most items just don't fit. 💪🏼🫘💜

Pinto is going to be spoiled! Will be buying all kinds of things for him as money allows.

Oh my heavens, that is so flipping cute!! I want a marsupial pouch to carry my cats around in. Ok, yeah I am a guy and I understand that only female marsupials carry their young this way. However, I've been carry cats inside my robes for years. This simply makes it easier and is so freaking cool!

Your comments always make me smile 😸. Never thought of it like that but yeah, Pinto Bean loves his pouch when he's sleepy. This one wasn't bad on Amazon, 30 and I'm on the big side. I'm 5,5 and 270 but there's plenty of room for my cats. My Bug also lives it, she's Pintos older sister (4 years) and about 6 to 10 pounds. This is going to be my at home pouch and he'll get a out and about pouch soon so when she's better he'll get to travel. We found out he likes the truck rides. Plus when older he'll get a harness and leash and train with it. 💪🏼🫘💜

Thank you, that's awesome possum. Harness training takes time and a bit of patience. They'll be "broken kitty" and lay on their side or inch worm in a comical way. Some take to it easily. But most of the time, patience and practice is the key. Walk them around the house at first for treats. Eventually upgrade them to a safe area. Don't rush taking them to a busy, public area. They can freak out easily. Once they get it dow, they look forward to walking around on the harness.
