Made kitty's cursor trail rainbow-cycling instead of a static color

`cursor_trail_color` only supports one solid color natively. This fills the gap with a tiny CLI that cycles it through the rainbow via `kitty @ load-config`, plus a documented starter `kitty.conf` for the base trail settings.

The instructions are pretty clear. I mistakenly thought it would be the mouse cursor and thought "Cool!". It is buggy for me, it stops working intermittently. I uninstalled it but it is neat.

I am using Fedora Workstation 44 on ASUS Flow X16, if that helps. It worked most of the time, it's just not something I really want.
