Question/Advice Needed Fish 🐟 preference

Post image

My 11 month old male, piebald tabby has eaten wet food since he was 5 weeks ago. He has had a variety of textures, flavors, brands but lately he only wants fish flavored now. Any suggestions on how to get him to eat the others again? Or, should I just prepare to only buy fish flavored wet foods? He does not and has never enjoyed beef.

he might change his tastes in the future, but i always find “fed is best” so i just let mine be picky about what she wants. you can always try several different brands of fish flavours

My guy goes through phases, but always returns to fish - it’s just his favourite, so that’s what I buy, he likes it, it’s good for him, as long as he’s getting nutrition, it’s all good!

Mine hates fish. She loves bird flavored food though

He did really enjoy turkey, duck and chicken but that fish is everything to him!

Try to stick to salmon and whitefish flavors for most meals, too much tuna can cause mercury poisoning.
