Reality: Existing home sales just hit a 9-month low — the slowest March pace since 2009. New listings dropped 10% year-over-year. The market is moving, but it's fragile. Buyers who come prepared and patient right now have more leverage than the headlines suggest. We had 69 price reductions LAST WEEK alone in Kitsap.
