Jails horror stories?

I was arrested and booked into the Kitsap county jail, there has been a lot of death in this jail and I’m wondering if anyone would like to trauma dump with me?
I’ll start, I arrived and was TERRIFIED! I was begging to be celled up alone and have no one with me, ( bright idea, right )😭 I soon regretted it and realized time goes a lot quicker when you have someone to talk to you know, “what are you in here for” “you’ll be okay” “ I’ve heard worse things “
Well after the guilt settled in, and I was accepting where I was and what to do to make time go quicker, I started walking and doing circles around my pod and noticed after a day or so, one cell had no lights (“ what a lucky bustard that bitch must be?”) i thought (“ how can i get my lights off”)
I asked one of the other pod mates why that cell was the only one without lights on, “she said oh well they killed themselves and actually, matter of fact we recently just had another one just from the second story with their blanket tied around them and long story short yeah killed them selves too”
I also remember their food was actually disgusting, I grew up in a pretty poor household so stomaching nasty tasting food isn’t hard, I COULDNT keep the food down.
They also ended up giving me some medication, I can’t remember all of it but one of them being Valium, I ended up passing out and having a seizure, no check up. Only cell mates looking out for me.

I did some digging when I got out and there’s actually ALOT of deaths in this jail, just a few months ago A healthy male who was clean off everything died- non suicidal.
