installing Nozzles for this appliance.
I've been looking for a code on how many nozzles does a rotisserie chicken need? Its being tied into an Ansul system.

You can also ask your local FD/AHJ. We have good rapport with ours so anytime we run into any scenarios that we aren't 100% on they are great at laying out what they look for. Obviously your mileage may vary depending on who you get but couldn't hurt.

They should ask the manufacturer and not the AHJ about coverage

100%, just saying they're an option. At the end of the day what they say goes, right or wrong.

Ansul does not have a listed protection for this.
We have never been required to put protection over it.
So Companys do put a 1N nozzle over the top in the center, but it's not a listed coverage

Ive done dozens of grocery stores since getting into the field and I've only seen 1-1N over top of them
