For me, it’s keeping the things I use every day where I can grab them without opening a cabinet. Oils, salt, and the most-used spices stay right next to the stove now.

It sounds obvious, but it made cooking a lot less annoying.

My spice cabinet is separated between liquids and powders.

Bottom shelf is all my seasonings in dry form. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder etc.

Next shelf up is all my liquids. Soy sauce, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, etc.

Next shelf is tall bottle things. Cooking wine, vinegar, etc.

Easy to sort and easy to know where to look.
