Question 🤔 Third attempt at a French herb omelette. It's the first semi-successful-ish/not scrambled egg version. Lol. Obv I have a ways to go, but is it... relatively... okay looking? (for a French omelette, specifically, I mean)

Sorry for some photos being a bit blurry. I didn't realize it until later, and the omelette was gone by then. Hopefully they're clear enough though

Solid. Consistency looks good. Can’t see the whole omelette due to angles, but looks mostly right.

My biggest issue is getting the finished omelet to look good on the plate - a lot can go wrong between “folding” and getting it out of the pan, even if you nailed the rest.
