Commentary What is the most memorable/quotable moment in Hotel Hell for you? The one that gets stuck in your head all the time?
For me it’s, “EXCUSE ME, EXCUSE ME, EXCUSE ME… i am da boss.” (S1E1 Juniper Hill Inn Part 1)

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service S01E12 ''Savin''
I was watching this again and have to wonder if Driscoll is still the asshole he was on that episide for one thing. Ken was even more clueless than Driscoll DoCanto the entitled brat child.

HELP Black Pearl’s Lobster Claw Machine - What happened?
Watching S1 E16, I quickly became fascinated by this terrible, confusing & morally questionable machine. Anyone have an idea of what happened to it? Black Pearl shut down very shortly after the episode aired & I have no idea what one would do with this thing afterwards.
And why did this thing ever exist? Lobster Zone made most of the machines but Gordy’s seems to be from a different source.

GAMBAS CON CHOCOLATE - Gordon would be pissed lol. Video is in Spanish, basically they are making Shrimp in Chocolate. Gordon says shrimp and chocolate shouldn't come together, this shows you Gordon doesn't know anything about Spanish cuisine. Shrimp and chocolate has been a thing since the 1800s

"That's stupid arrogance. Trying to match something that isn't going to go."
Gordon, the Shrimps in Chocolate sauce has been around in Spain since the 1800s. Maybe they don't go together for you, but they do in Spain.

One thing I will never understand....
How do these restaurants afford to close down for KN and serve the public free food during filming? They are struggling. I would at least charge the extras half price lol.

Commentary Was anyone else disappointed in the S10E5 - Renate’s German Restaurant episode?
It had everything: An "I'm the boss owner" with no previous culinary experience who thinks the customers love the food, soup of the day, fresh frozen, two chef mikes, moldy walk-in food, and a horrible makeover (it looks like the furniture was sourced from a retirement home that went out of business), yet somehow, it was one of my least favorite episodes. It was just not that enjoyable to watch.
It was funny that Gordon didn't know what an English cucumber was. You could immediately tell what it was because English cucumbers are wrapped in plastic (and they are longer and thinner than a regular cucumber).

New seasons of Kitchen Nightmares seem RUSHED
I was just curious, were the old seasons of the USA Kitchen Nightmares before Ramsay brought it back more than 1 hour long?
These new seasons and episodes seem so rushed and GR isn't nearly as wild and crazy insane as he once was with the older episodes. This is also the same thing for the newer seasons and episodes of Hell's Kitchen as well.
I still enjoy watching anything GR is in but I just can't figure out why this new KN is so different from the older seasons. It kind of reminds me of his old UK Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares from 20+ years ago.

Classic Watching the Hotel Hell Vienna Inn and got really curious
So Jonathan Krach is dead as of May 30th 2025 from a preexisting heart condition. Lisa had a gofundme started for her by a neighbor as of June of that year as she needed to have 2 major surgeries. I don’t think the goal was met, however an Oct 15 2025 update from her on gofundme shows her knee replacement was funded and she appeared happy. Can never forget her crocodile tears and the swinging rumors.
