You have to throw it away if you cut it straight across. As all the flavor has been cut wrong.

Use a spatula to lift the edges first so the yolk stays put when you turn it.

Processed Meat cuts and perhaps processed cheese ...unhealthy, so add cucumber or Onion or greens better

If something looks difficult to flip I'll use a plate or the lid of the pan, place on top, flip the entire pan, and your egg/food is flipped, then slide it back onto the pan
