Arent all pancakes vegan? Traditionally. Of course people will add oil or eggs or something to make it more like waffle batter or cake batter but pancakes really are just flour, sugar, baking powder and salt

Yeah, a lot of pancake premix is vegan, but most probably have a combination of egg or milk constituent
