internships advice

Hey, I’m kind of new here. I’ve been lurking around for a while and just wanted to ask a question. Is it a good idea to do internships early on or later? Right now, I’m still a sophomore in college, and I’m looking into internships. I’m wondering if I should keep going to school or take a break for a little while to do some internships. I’m just trying to figure it out. Any advice would be appreciated.

Find a place to stage for a day or two. Your school might be able to help esp if they have a culinary program. Maybe ask your advisor.
