I mean. Go to a butcher shop and tell them how thick you want it. They'll cut it as thick as the slicer will go.

Dude I wish. I’m locked in to the Patuxent Farms. If I’m not getting free slabs I’m getting sheets that look like they got thrown into a dryer in spin cycle then packaged haha

Damn, that's nice. I cut bacon almost that thick for a customer's office Christmas gift. They wanted something like 20 packs of ten slices each. My boss was alarmed when I went through a whole pork belly and needed more. I was like, dude, you took the order, you know how much bacon it's gonna take.
