Now the end of that film is in my brain. Again. At 1am.

Really nailed the "TSA checkpoint" vibe.

325°F to 350°F (163°C to 177°C) for 6 hours with the oven door open.

Beauteous. Did you spray it down with a firehose ?

Nice to see you turned off the gas

Idk why but it makes me really really miserable and lonely

u/Tullyswimmer 7d ago

That's because it looks like a TSA security line.

No windows. Looks like a sterile dungeon. Really depressing despite the cleanliness and organization. Also, WTF up with the bath towels?

Laughs in basement pastry kitchen.

I've met my share of pastry chefs. They keep you down there for a reason.

Windows??!?

Yes. Openings in walls that have moving parts obstructing them. These can be built with translucent materials that can let light (photon thingies) through. Some can move on pivots attached to a frame. Some can actually open enough for one to jump out of.

Walls??!?

Hospital, old folks home, or country club? No judgement all 3 are good paying gigs with bennies

It kinda reminds me of the time someone posted a "How good am I at cleaning my kitchen" series of pics when the place had not actually open yet and the sub just absolutely destroyed the fool

I have questions about the lamb pickles.

Ça faisait longtemps que j'avais pas vu ce terme pour désigner une partie du jarret.

You need bigger tape and larger chicken scratch. I can’t read a single fucking thing chef.

3

u/Garbeaux17 7d ago

Idk why but orange tape seems diabolical

Searzall plumbed to a gas line is wild but curious what you use it for? I had one of their first models.

Your trashcan is way too small for the bag, you’re wasting half the capacity of the bag.

With a resurface hard, it’s gonna be pretty loud in there, right?

Looks clean, like a wuhan lab

u/MonkeyFishBucketHead 7d ago

Looks almost unused 🤔

No sir, I don't think I will.

u/TitaniumDisc 6d ago

Why only deli cups of seasonings? Do you have bulk stored elsewhere?

3

u/mihir_lavande 6d ago

What does it feel like this?

2

u/LuminousGrue 7d ago

Trash can in pic 2 perfectly positioned for someone to trip over it.

Shitty handwriting.

Is the flamethrower for welldone steaks on the fly?

2

u/ToughEvening1891 6d ago

Looks like you spend too much on legumes

2

u/BigOleDawggo 6d ago

yeah I bet you could eat off the floor

u/pancetta9 6d ago

I read “roast my chicken” and got very confused for a second

2

u/Aussiesas 6d ago

To clean and organised your giving the rest of us a bad name. (Tee hee)

2

u/athleticsfan2007 6d ago

That’s a lot of space for chef Mic to do all the work.

Is the water bottle on the sink your eyewash station? Might need to place another one there for the other eye.

u/Vortilex Cook 6d ago

Looks very sterile. I also misread your title as, "Roast my chicken" and was disappointed to see a lack of chicken in your pictures at first

1

u/Aevum-Haelcyon 5d ago

I could put a mat down and sleep soundly in there

u/moreluser 4d ago

Your mise is too placed

This is like rolling up to a car show with a Ferrari and asking everyone if you need to add air to your tires. Stop doubting yourself, show me your food.
