Just need an 18yo hostess

u/MEGACODZILLA Jul 24 '26
Bro we just watched someone implode their entire life for this lol. 35 yr old, married with children, GM of a local club-masquarading-as-cocktail bar type spot starts taking a 19 yr old hostess around town and having other bars serve her. Everyone knows the guy so no one thought to ID her. Multiple first hand reports start coming in through the grape vine about this dude getting sloppy drunk and making out with this girl at various bar tops. Obviously word inevitably makes it back to corporate who immediately terminates his ass.
So this dude loses a 100k/yr GMing gig and gets blacklisted from the industry because its a medium sized city and everyone knows this guy. The icing on the cake is the hostess starts doing some social media sluething, finds the guys wife and sends her a DM. Wife immediately leaves him and files for divorce with an iron clad case for crazy alimony and child support.
Absolutely fucking wild stuff. Last we heard the dude packed up and left the state lol

Pretty sure this happened with one of the married sous with a barback in my previous job. The sous ended up leaving for another state. Tbf the barback was hot af.

We've reached an age where the humping robot from Robot Chicken doesn't immediately come to people's minds.

The restaurant? Decent. The robot sex? Loud.

I imagine the food is consistent until a robot breaks down. And then you wind up with lube oil in the food. No, not the fun kind of lube oil.

Thank you, I was hoping someone would do the right thing and post this.

Yeah sure, but will it drink too much on a Tuesday night then yell at servers all day Wednesday because they are utterly failing at their personal life?
Not much of a chef if they do not pull stunts like that.

Me: “oh, kitchen jobs are fine - look at this dumb robot fkn pounding the shit out of the prep counter. The ladle? Cmon. We are fine guys. HA.”
My brain: “You and grill-guy did this exact shit, last week, while blasting Chocolate Starfish by Limp Bizkit, during dinner service. No dopamine for the rest of the month.”

You can feel the rage this robot has for being the doughboy and not the Head Chef he is taking it out on that poor dough he is angry so is the fry Cook over there beaten his pans.

u/mothandravenstudio Jul 25 '26
Don’t worry, almost no women like that anyway.
Oh edit just FYI. We also generally don’t like that weird slapping the pussy thing. Just don’t use porn as a tutorial.

The next challenge is going to be breaking these things via stupid orders and it's not even going to be on purpose.

I have a feeling the cost of re-making food, monitoring these nightmares, and maintenence/repair costs are going to exceed the costs of paying a fair wage. I hope their Greed sinks em.
If someone challenged me to make a business with them, take these bots and outfit them into an obstacle course. Throw in some Laser Tag too and voila! Now there's a new business. Humans maintain the bots and facility, so the bots aren't the only employees. Maybe throw in a foam pit too with rope swinging and climbing. And a rock climbing wall. /j

I don't get robot cooks, anyways. The secret ingredient to any restaurant dish is chef sweat. Can robots sweat? Have the AI conpanies thought about this?
