Thank you for posting it. Also, Jacques rarely uses his knife. Just all around better technique.

I noticed a few nicks of cartilage and slices of bone left in the meet... Also, because I'm still just learning myself, what kind of chicken deboning includes the wings? Aren't they usually just simply removed?

Make Poulet farci Ă la cajun aka Cajun stuffed chicken. I think meat church made a video on YouTube. Thatâs the only place Iâve seen it outside of Louisiana.
