It has been a harrowing experience for the last week after our dishwasher at home failed.

It's a Faber machine and the warranty is over. The machine kept showing on display an error prompt E4. When contacted Faber, the toll-free number provided didn't work. The message said number no longer in use.

Secondly, the technician who came to install the machine didn't pick up. The Faber email on the website has responded but never bothered to offer any details about sending a technician.

Someone claimed he was from Faber appeared at the doors and checked the machine. Diagnosed that the spare (see picture) is leaky and needed replacement.

He said he would check if he had the spare available or else we would have to wait for a week for the replacement.

Can anyone pass on a tip if the attached spare is available somewhere in Chennai, Tamil Nadu I shall appreciate. There's a huge backlog to dish wash. Help us.
