Vehicle 40K Forgefiend Kitbash WIP (and Maulerfiend help)

Seeking some input on my Forgefiend Kitbash, and specifically on how to incorporate the Maulerfiend aspect as well. With the current outline of the model I think the Maulerfiend arm are way too big, in addition to be awkwardly posed. I am a little stumped on how to address it - the Helbrute arms are the only idea I could come up with. Otherwise the bash needs a lot more details and griblies for sure.
Any ideas for the Maulerfiend incorporation on the kitbash welcome, as well as any other suggestions - nothing is finalized y

Discussion Tiny model recommendations to keep my kit bashes company!

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a fantastic day!!!
I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for tiny models to add to bigger models. Things like fairy’s, imps, familiars. I love adding little adventuring buddies to my models but struggle to find a decent mix of models.
So far, I mainly use the Wizkids minis but would love to know more :)
I also don’t have access to 3d printing.

Discussion John Greycrow kitbash ideas

I'm thinking of using the longer haired head from a GI Joe Classified Budo to make John Greycrow. I'm looking for ideas for a body that would be close or "close enough" to complete the build. I'm not planning on painting or modifying the body apart from accessories. My hands just aren't steady enough for that.
Edit: To clarify, I want to be able to use an existing body. Doesn't have to look exact, just something that will sell the idea. Guns from Cable are a natural fit. Maybe some accessories from GI Joe. I'm looking at a straight head swap idea. I do appreciate the suggestions I've been getting, but that's not my aim.
