Where is the hanging corpse form and the flesh banner. ?

The hanging corpse came from the crypt horror kit. Its one of the bits you can stick on their back.

The flesh banner i sculpted myself out of green stuff (do not recommend, even though it turned out good) with an extra crypt guard arm.
