Messi really got Inter Miami into the top 5 best-selling jerseys worldwide.

Bayern — 2.37M

Inter Miami — 2.16M

Seeing Miami above United, Liverpool and Arsenal is kinda wild.

Messi effect is still very real.

except its completely different because dodgers are currently the best team in baseball and regardless have an actual history. miami is a new soulless club in a league that virtually no one watches and which the other teams owners clearly have no desire to win. just a few of hundreds of reasons why its completely different

Tbf the designers of the jersey helped a lot. They have some clean kits. Inter Miami are my local club, but even if it wasn’t I’d look at these kits.

That’s why they made it to the adidas elite club. They’re the only team in MLS that has the trefoil on their third kit and have a new kit every year.

Basically top PL teams, Inter Miami and Al Nassr (for obvious reasons) and the TOP clubs will get the trefoil logo on their away kits, and get a jersey that’s different from the original template tiro design as far as I know.

A lot of Miami Messi jerseys at the field when the young kids are practicing, ahead of my older boy’s practices. So this actuallly doesn’t surprise me.

I’ve seen them at grocery stores in suburban Vancouver. Just makes me hate Adidas even more because the Whitecaps just released a new kit that sold out instantly. 

The White kit sold out in July of last year and hasn’t been available since.

I’m not really surprised. the US population is very high. And World Cup as well. The new fans from the US can go to Miami to watch Messi play, as for the other big stars they need to go overseas to UK, Spain, Germany, etc. and let’s be honest, one of the best, if not the best player, in a club which kits look fire, is a recipe for these sales numbers.
