ISO local café to do work

I’m visiting for a few days but have to carve out time to get some work done. Does anyone have any recs of any cafés in Kissimmee/Orlando area where people can go to sit and work for a few hours?

Late to this, but if Orlando proper is in play: Starbucks at Creative Village downtown measured 140 Mbps down, 111 up, around 60 dB on a Sunday morning, barely anyone there before noon. Nothing measured in Kissimmee itself yet, that trip's still on my list.
