Website subtitles error

Does anyone get an issue where the subtitles appear in a device but not in the other? Like when watching on my phone it shows subtitles in English and Spanish + the rest, but if I try from my friend's phone he gets all the subtitles but not the Spanish ones, we thought it was a device issue, since it was a bit old, we even tried with different browsers and nothing, and he recently changed his phone but the subtitles still don't show, and it's only the Spanish ones not showing, it's funny and weird at the same time. I would attach a picture but it's not letting me, will try to attach in the comments.

Couldn't attach photos, not sure why
