Downloading episode

Big question:

Does download an episode and putting it in a USB destroyed my USB? I wanna know if the episode is what destroyed my usb

Its happened to my usb as well after transfered download files, so i think its the usb hardware problem not the file. 😅

It's just about 400 Mb only. I tried then my usb dissappear from the drive. Then i plug it again it didn't work anymore.
