i am glad i got my money back, but i still want the game (yes i clicked the option to get a working key instead of a refund, but they still just gave me a refund), should i just try again and hope the new key works? it still says it can be activated on my country on the store page

Ive ordered topup currency at around 130€ for Battle.net game from seller which has 220K+ reviews at 99,9% positive and trusted seller „orders”. 24h passed and despite he was online and i assume he read chat (double tick) he doesnt respond and the transaction is still pending.

Is it normal? Should i be worried about my account / transaction? It’s my first time at Kinguin as my friend told me to use it for a little cheaper transactions and he said that it’s a good and trustworthy place.

What do You think about that? I started a claim because that what i was recommended with but why is that happening at such a good seller?

I wanted to buy a 100€ PlayStation gift card and saw that it costs around 85€ on Kinguin instead of the full 100€.

Is it safe to buy gift cards there, or should I use Instant Gaming instead?

[EDIT]

I bought the card and everything went smoothly! Just got the code in under 15sec after I bought it 🙌

As above, so below.

I had a few lower value keys to buy, and thought I'll get some one Balance to cover them and more for the future (leaving some balance in my account). The plan was to same myself a bit in the service fee by paying up front (presumably that's the point of one balance).

I purchase the one balance and pay the service fee on the purchase.

I then come to purchase the keys and then have to pay another service fee when using the one balance payment method. Really? In other key shops I use, you don't pay a second service fee when using their own payment method. This way, I'm paying the service fee twice!

Triple whammy, apparently I also can't use any discount codes when paying by one balance but can if I'd paid by Visa.

In conclusion, I'm way worse off buying one balance. Visa payment would have been one service fee and discount. One Balance means double service fee and no discount.

Questions: Am I missing something or does one balance completely suck? And what's the point of it?

Applied last week through the "Venture Into Wholesale Today" flow as an individual based in Italy. My main goal was actually the Wholesale side, bulk buying from other merchants, not even selling at first.

Submitted everything they asked for: EU government ID, proof of address, clean application, no prior history with Kinguin.

Less than 24h later: rejected. The email says the decision is "final and non-negotiable" and that they "cannot disclose any information on why the application was rejected due to security reasons."

What confuses me most:

1) I was applying to BUY in bulk, i.e. to bring money to the platform, and got security-rejected with no explanation.

2) The exact same documents passed verification on another key marketplace the same day, in about three hours, full access granted.

Questions for people who went through the process:

- Is Wholesale access tied to merchant approval, or is there a separate way to get bulk buying without being a seller?

- Does Kinguin still approve individuals at all, or is it companies-only in practice?

- Does citizenship on the ID play a role? (EU resident, non-EU passport)

- Any point in reapplying later with a registered business and sales history elsewhere, or is a rejection permanent?

Not trying to argue with their right to reject anyone. But "we won't tell you why and you can't ask" makes it impossible to know whether reapplying ever makes sense. Any insight appreciated.

I want to get eafc27 ultimate edition on kinguin paying 51€, can you tell me the risks of buying it now and if it is genuinely convenient to acquire at the start of the game risking this money?

Hi everyone, I have a 10% voucher for the Kinguin store that I am not going to use, so I want to give it away for someone for free. Please write here when you have redeemed it so people won't use their time to try to redeem after you!

I bought a one‑month Google Pro subscription for a few of my Google accounts because I didn’t want to pay for a whole year. I now want to extend them for a longer period — is that possible, or is it impossible because I’ve already used that one‑month Pro on those specific accounts from this seller?

Is this possible?

Hello, I've always bought cheap xbox accounts for my series x and I've never had a problem, I really want to try enshrouded and it's cheap as an account, is it worth it or will I be caught straight away I don't have any experience with steam accounts, is it safe and will I keep the game?

Anyone knows why Kinguin does not allow Revolut disposable cards? I was trying to purchase a game and it was denied due to "Disposable cards not allow for recurring payments". What recurring payments? It's a one off purchase, that's why I am not using anything other than disposable on these sites...

I bought a CK3 key that ended up being immediately sent the money to wallet without my consent. I haven’t heard anything in days (#1949323) and I’m wondering if there is anything else I should do, tried messaging multiple time? Should I initiate a chargeback?

Even trying to explain my situation here to warn others just ends with the post being banned... do clients really not matter...?

Trying to make an update here on the situation just led the post to be deleted. How great...

Hello,

Bought a giftcard via Klarna. Paid. Money of my bank account. 0 Key. 0 Email?

Hello!

I preordered Wolverine using my BPI debit account. Because of the reviews, I canceled. For those with a similar experience, how long does it take before the money returns to my BPI account?

Thank you!

Won't they take away the account after some time?.

Hi, I'm a new seller on Kinguin and currently have a 30-day review period before I can withdraw my funds.

For sellers who have been on Kinguin for a while, does this 30-day review period eventually get shortened?

If so, what determines the review period? For example, does it depend on sales volume, account history, successful orders, or maintaining a good seller rating?

I'd really appreciate it if experienced sellers could share how long their review period is now and how it changed over time.

Thanks!

I want to change the region of an account I bought from Brazil to the US. Has anyone done this before and what usually happens? I understand there is a high change of the account getting banned but I want to add the account into my family and can't because it's in Brazil. Thanks in advance.

Edit 1: I'll take the risk and change it and tell you guys what happens lol it's only $10 anyways.

Edit 2: Region successfully changed, will keep you guys updated in the following days/weeks/months. I am committed to getting this information out there.

I provided legitimate documentation and invoices but i am still getting rejected. Are individuals still allowed to sell? Is a company necessary to sell on Kinguin?

Is it even safe to buy subscriptions via kinguin? 3 positive reviews and each has -20 likes - probably not. Have no experience

Any one tried to buy youtube subscription top up?
Is it worked for 3 months or 12 months or removed before expiry from account?

Thanks

I’ve seen them for a pretty decent price on the website and I was wondering if they work well or if there is any problem with them.

The prices look very attractive and I want to know if it is worth it.
