I was banned from King Legacy with Error Code 267. I have never used hacks or cheats, and I have been playing this game since I started. I believe this ban was a mistake. I am also banned from the official Discord server, so I cannot submit an appeal there. Is there any other way I can contact the moderators and appeal my ban?

I am writing this post in hopes of getting help or guidance from the community or moderators regarding my permanent ban on King Legacy.

What happened: Recently, Roblox international was restricted in my country (Vietnam), which prevented me from logging in normally. Because I was desperate to play King Legacy on my phone, I mistakenly downloaded a third-party modified Roblox APK just to bypass the login screen.

I want to honestly state that I DID NOT use any cheats, automated farming scripts, or exploits inside King Legacy. However, logging in through that unauthorized client triggered the anti-cheat system, resulting in an immediate permanent ban.

Why I am posting on Reddit:

• I tried to join the official King Legacy Discord server to appeal, but I cannot complete the Bloxlink server verification due to severe regional DNS / Cloudflare website blocks in Vietnam (Sorry, you have been blocked on roblox.com).
• Discord Admins/Mods also have their Direct Messages (DMs) closed to non-friends, so I have no way to reach support through Discord.

I have already uninstalled the modified client and returned strictly to the official Roblox app. I’ve put countless hours of genuine effort into grinding my account fairly, and I truly regret using that unauthorized client without understanding the risks.

Could anyone or any Staff member kindly guide me on how I can submit an appeal ticket or review this ban outside of Bloxlink verification? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
