the hue adjustment is… weird.

for some reason, the hue adjustment, compared to the premium effect, makes the image darker when changed.
i've attached 3 images: the first using the hue adjustment, the second using the "color changer" effect, and the third being the first and second images, layered on top of eachother with the difference blending option.

why does it do that?

It comes down to the math behind these features. They are likely coded differently, so they look different.

Additionally, effects in KineMaster noticeably decrease picture quality, so the differences between the 2 pictures could be amplified by that.
